hockey players getting some perks: the bad way
recently i heard the news that some players have had the privilage of having their families and them go and take the h1n1 flu shot. this may sound good but the hockey players did not have to wait in the line for the flu shot they were moved in front of the line to get it first. when i heard that i was really mad because now that the h1n1 is only given to the people that is needed for and no one else. there are many others who need the h1n1 flu shot more than those players did. these sorts of deals should be given as a first come first serve basis and not first famous first serve. the demand for h1n1 flu shot is high and the supply is low; there is a scarcity for the h1n1 flu shot and if the supply is low then the people that need it the most should get it not the just because you are famous.
